Management of Personal Data Breaches

SYSPERTEC GROUP undertakes to take all appropriate measures to minimize the impact of any personal data breach on the data subjects concerned.

In this regard, SYSPERTEC GROUP, as data controller, undertakes to notify any personal data breach to the CNIL within a maximum of 72 hours after becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
